Lessons cancelled by the client within 24 hours or “no-shows” will still be charged in full and payment required in advance of the next lesson. Lessons cancelled in advance of the 24-hour window may be rescheduled at the teacher’s discretion.

Lessons cancelled by the teacher will be rescheduled by agreement, subject to availability and the teacher will endeavour to give at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

Clients who arrive to a lesson 15 minutes after the allotted time without contact (email/phone) or prior agreement shall be considered a no-show and be charged in full. They will not be guaranteed the remaining time allotted.

Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer in euros. Payments for packages must be made in advance, while payment for individual lessons can be accepted on the same day before or after a lesson.

Refunds for individual lessons or packages are not available, except in cases where the teacher has cancelled a lesson and a suitable date for rescheduling has not been found.

RIAM or ABRSM grade exams preparation considered on a case by case basis. Examination entry will only be made once the appropriate fee has been paid in full.
