About

Hello there!

I'm Pascal, I love sharing my passion and exploring music with others. It'd be a great pleasure to share my knowledge with you and continue learning together.

I hold a BA in Music Performance from the Royal Irish Academy of Music and continued my studies in London with a teacher from the Royal College of Music. I also hold a PG certificate in Counseling skills from the University of Edinburgh which I believe feeds into my lessons and I have an open and warm approach to learning.

I used to run a small singing school here in Ireland before Covid hit and continued teaching online during those difficult years while living abroad.

I have a particular interest in classical singing and folk songs and love a good ol' fashioned trad session

My singing journey has taken me full circle. After over 10 years of performing and teaching and through my own struggles with vocal health, I came to realise that I didn’t need to live, sleep and breathe singing in order to enjoy it; that singing is part of the journey and not the journey itself.

I am delighted to be back home and teaching in Portumna, the town where I first started my singing journey. I hope to inspire others to share that same passion.

" I have a very open approach to voice lessons: - a particular style, genre or sound is not required. - the core of a lesson is about learning, enjoyment and fun."
